SHIPPING TO USA

Please reach out to us directly for an shipping to the US. We are able to provide a proper estimate with customs/duties included. It should be noted that as per the ever changing landscape of cross-border shipping, estimates are only good for one week. We typically use Canada Post/USPS for these orders.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY

We ship internationally. Please reach out to us directly for an estimate on shipping. Any import fees, duties, taxes etc as per local laws are not covered by Lo-ply and you may be required to pay your local DHL/FedEX prior to receiving a package. With all orders, we share a tracking number so you may monitor the status of your shipment. 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sale items are Final Sale and therefore not returnable/exchangeable. 

If there is any signs of damage upon receiving your product, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and damage so that we may address the issue as soon as possible.
